Professor Scott is presently
working with the Texas Legislature on a variety of research and policy
issues, with an emphasis on regulation of tobacco, telemedicine and
e-health. His most recent article, Cybermedicine and Virtual
Pharmacies was published in the summer of 2001 in the West
Virginia Law Review. He teaches Health Care Legislation, E-Health
Law, and Introduction to American Law. Prior to obtaining a Master
of Laws in Health Law and his academic appointment, Mr. Scott practiced
corporate and international law. He is admitted as a Solicitor to
the High Court of England and to the bars of Texas and Oklahoma.
