Greg Saikin is a partner with Baker & Hostetler LLP, focusing his practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and related civil and administrative regulatory matters. He routinely represents healthcare industry clients in response to allegations of fraud and kickbacks brought by federal and state governmental agencies. Mr. Saikin also represents clients across industries in other enforcement areas, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export control laws, securities fraud, asset forfeiture, money laundering, and the Bank Secrecy Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Saikin served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, prosecuting healthcare fraud and other white collar crimes. Mr. Saikin was formally recognized for his work on several occasions, including by the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the FBI Director, and the U.S. Secret Service Director. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Saikin worked on the White House Advance Staff, coordinating official visits of former President George W. Bush throughout the U.S. and in numerous foreign countries.

Mr. Saikin received his B.S., with high honors, from The University of Texas at Austin, and his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law.
