EDWARD C. OSTERBERG, JR. is a Partner in the Houston Office of Mayer Brown LLP. Ed received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Northwestern University and his LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University. He is President-Elect of the International Fiscal Association USA Branch, a fellow of Tue American College of Tax Counsel, and a columnist and member of the Advisory Board of The International Tax Journal. He has also served as Chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section Committee on U.S. Activities of Foreigners & Tax Treaties, President of the International Tax Forum of Houston, and President of the Houston Bar Association Tax Section.
Ed was named by Tue Best Lawyers in America as Tax Lawyer of the Year - 2011 in Houston.
