Ms. Franco is a Patent Attorney with the law firm of Yudell Isidore Ng Russell PLLC in Austin, TX Ms. Franco's practice includes domestic and foreign patent prosecution, as well as patent portfolio management, intellectual property counseling, copyright, trademark prosecution, and intellectual property licensing and due diligence, including free and open source software licensing and due diligence.  Ms. Franco attended the University of Houston Law Center, during which time she served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
