The Environmental and Energy Policy Journal is an academic publication by the faculty and students of the University of Houston Law Center. The Journal is distributed to those in the legal community including lawyers, judges, civil servants, and academics. The Journal is one of the few publications in the country devoted to issues relating to the intersection of environmental and energy law and policy. The Journal currently publishes one issue each year.  This issue includes topical articles drawn from our annual symposium written by some of the nation's top legal scholars in environmental and energy Law.  This publication also includes articles covering recent developments that provide brief and timely discussions on interesting cases, administrative actions, publications, and events.  The City of Houston is the acknowledged energy capital of the world.
