From the Library: Study Space during Finals (posted 04/29/2013)
Exams have arrived, and many of you will be looking for a quiet study spot. The Law Center Administration and faculty are aware that space can be at a premium during Exams. This year, the library added 36 large carrels for use only by law students in the library's quiet study area, visible from the library's entrance. If you do find the main library floor full, try one of these other options:
-SOS study area. To access the SOS use the stairwells at the ends of the TUII and BLB and head down the stairs to the basement. Your CougarOne card will allow entrance.
-TUII 205
-Finnell Rooms
-Krost Auditorium
For those working late, the library is open 24/7, accessible using your CougarOne card from the SOS.
Please also remember that the law library provides students with free coffee during exams. The coffee table is located near the library's entrance.
The library also offers a perpetual chess game and community jigsaw puzzles so students can take a break from studying.
Good luck with your Exams!
