Graduation Checks (posted 09/18/2013)

All candidates for May & August 2014 graduation are strongly encouraged to submit a "Graduation Check Form" to the Office of Student Services before the Spring 2014 semester begins, but no later than the Spring add drop deadline, January 21, 2014. Your record will be checked and you will be notified of all requirements completed, and those that need to be completed to graduate. The Graduation Check is a courtesy offered by the Office of Student Services at no charge, and normally takes 1-4 days to complete.

Forms are available on the information rack in the Office of Student Services or can be downloaded from the Student Services website at:
