“Clinic offered me the opportunity to watch black letter law come alive in the courtroom and within the lives of my clients. I will never forget the process between beginning to the clinic and earning my 4 credits. It’s a practical experience you can’t trade.” – Janice Becca, 3L, Civil Practice Clinic F’08 (Pictured Above)

"The Clinic is more time consuming than I expected, but the experience gained is so rewarding. I am so glad I was able to actually stand up in court and cross examine witnesses, make objections, and file motions. I have been in court now more times than some corporate attorneys! This has definitely been one of my best class selections at UH. No matter how stressful and time consuming it has been at times, the knowledge and skills gained more than outweigh the down side.
