The University
of Houston Law Foundation, one of the nation's premier providers of continuing
legal education, sponsors numerous CLE programs on a variety of subjects
ranging from civil litigation to advising small businesses, and from real
estate law to collecting debts and judgments. The University of Houston
Law Foundation is an accredited sponsor, approved by the State Bar of Texas
Committee on MCLE.
Live Presentations.
Most live courses are in a two-day format, approved for up to 12 hours of
participatory MCLE credit, including two or more hours of ethics/professional
responsibility credit. One of the hallmarks of UH CLE programs is the exceptional

In-House
CLE. If you are unable to attend the live presentation of a specific
UH CLE course, you may now receive participatory credit for viewing or
listening to selected courses at a time and location of your choosing.
Please note that MCLE rules require a minimum of two attending attorneys for a program to qualify for participatory credit. Click
