Please note:

Other: Deposit must accompany this registration form in order to reserve a place in class. Participants will have the option to transfer fees once only or receive a refund (less a $25 processing fee). Cancellations must be received in writing 10 business days (Monday through Friday) prior to program in order to receive a refund. Payment can be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or by Purchase Order. Please submit a separate payment for Associate Membership. Make check or money order payable to the University of Houston Law Foundation and, if mailed, send to the address shown above.

Lodging: Course participants are offered special room rates at the Holiday Inn/Astrodome (713) 790-1900 or at the Crowne Plaza Houston Medical Center (713) 797-1110. When making reservations note that you are a UH guest. The University Hilton is located on the campus and is within walking distance of the class. Call (713) 741-2447.

CEU: State Bar of Texas MCLE approved for Basic (40 Participatory hours plus 4.00 hours legal ethics) and Family (30 Participatory hours plus 4.00 legal ethics). Other professional credit available on request basis only. Please note on application form.
