Time: Check-in begins at 8:00a.m. on the day of the program; sessions last from 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. with a break for lunch.

Other: Deposit must accompany this registration form in order to reserve a place in class. Participants will have the option to transfer fees once only or receive a refund (less a $25 processing fee). Cancellations must be received in writing 10 business days (Monday through Friday) prior to program in order to receive a refund. Call 713/743-2066 to make a payment by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or by Purchase Order. Make check or money order payable to the University of Houston Law Center and, if mailed, send to the address shown on the prior page.

CEU: State Bar of Texas MCLE approved for Basic (40 Participatory hours plus 4.00 hours legal ethics) and Family (24 Participatory hours plus 4.00 legal ethics). Other professional credit available on request basis only.
