LSAC Fee Waivers

The Law School Admission Council provides fee waivers for applicants with extreme financial need. For more information on eligibility and to apply, please go to http://www.lsac.org/LSAT/fee-waivers.asp. The fee waiver will cover two LSATs (test dates must fall within the two-year waiver period); an LSDAS registration, which includes the letter of recommendation service and the electronic law school application service; four free LSDAS Law School Reports (available only after LSDAS registration is complete); and one free copy of the Official LSAT SuperPrep®.

UHLC Application Fee Waivers

The UH Law Center provides a limited number of application fee waivers based on demonstrated financial need. The deadline to apply for an application fee waiver for Fall 2010 admission is January 15, 2010. To apply for a fee waiver, please complete the fee waiver application and mail it to the address below.  If your fee waiver application is approved, we will contact you via email and provide you with a coupon code that you will use to submit your application electronically.  You should submit your fee waiver application several weeks before you plan to submit your admissions application so that we will have enough time to review your request and send you a payment coupon.

Fee waivers are not available for transfer or visiting applications.  The Office of Admissions is not able to refund application fees for applicants who choose to apply before their fee waiver is approved.
