Beginning in June, we will send out the Registration Commitment forms via email. We use this form in lieu of a second deposit and demonstrates your intention to enroll at UHLC this fall. You must return the Registration Commitment Form by June 6th or by the date your enrollment fee is due, whichever is later. The form must be signed and returned to our office by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, by fax to 713-743-2194, or by post.
