Erwin Chemerinsky. The case against the Supreme Court. Viking, 2014.

KF8742.C46 2014

In his latest book, noted constitutional law scholar Erwin Chemerinsky argues for a reassessment of the United States Supreme Court as an institution. He examines a number of Supreme Court cases—including Dred Scott v. Sanford and Buck v. Bell—which are now widely seen as miscarriages of justice, and suggests reforms that he argues will make such outcomes less likely.
