Coauthored by Professor Schuwerk, this updated three-volume set includes, as before, the full text of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, and the Code of Judicial Conduct, with background and commentary for each rule.
