Access
to the KluwerArbitration Database
KluwerArbitration offers patrons a fully searchable
database with materials in the field of International
Commercial Arbitration. KluwerArbitration is brought
to you by Kluwer Law International in association
with the Institute for Transnational Arbitration
and the International Council of Commercial Arbitration.
To
access the KluwerArbitration database:

Log
onto the CCH
Business Library.

Select
the “International Business” tab
from the group of tabs at the top of the first
page. This will take you to the International
Business Page.

Scroll
down to the bottom of the International Business
Page to the Kluwer Law International section.
Select the link titled “KluwerArbitration.com
subscribers.” This will take you to the
Kluwer Arbitration database.
Note:
Patrons must access the KluwerArbitration.com database
through the CCH Business Library, as described above.
Patrons who go directly to the KluwerArbitration.com
Web site without going through the CCH Business
Library won’t be able to access the KluwerArbitration.com
Web site.
