SUSPENSIONS

David Osborn, 47, of Fort Worth received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 15, 2000.

Michelle K. Youngblood, 41, of Fort Worth received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, 2000, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

Thomas D. Van Orden, 55, of Austin received a 45-month suspension effective Dec. 13, 1999.

Antonio Reyes-Vidal, 51, of San Antonio accepted a 10-month, partially-probated suspension effective Jan. 31, 2000, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

Daniel E. Bedinger, 42, of Houston agreed to a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, 2000, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

Tommy O. Boston, 49, of Houston agreed to an 18-month, fully-probated suspension effective April 1, 2000.

James R. Cornelius, 47, of Houston received by default judgment a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1999, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated.

Paul J. Harris, 48, of Abilene accepted a 24-month, fully-probated suspension effective March 1, 1999.

Benny J. Lowe, 53, of Odessa accepted a 60-month, partially-probated suspension effective Jan. 15, 1999, with the first 48 months actively served and the remainder probated.

Woodrow Wilson Miller, 47, of Houston received a two-year suspension, which he had previously served.

On Feb. 2, 2000, an evidentiary panel remanded a previous default judgment of disbarment against Ronald Glen Mitchell, 45, of Houston. The panel suspended Mitchell for two years effective Feb. 2, 2000 with the entire period probated.

Patrick Morris, 42, of Decatur received by default judgment a 36-month, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, 2000, with the first nine months actively served and the remainder probated.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

Ordnie Elaine Archie, 47, of Arlington accepted a public reprimand on Dec. 29, 1999.
