On Feb. 2, 2000, an evidentiary panel remanded a previous default judgment of disbarment against Ronald Glen Mitchell, 45, of Houston. The panel suspended Mitchell for two years effective Feb. 2, 2000 with the entire period probated.
Patrick Morris, 42, of Decatur received by default judgment a 36-month, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, 2000, with the first nine months actively served and the remainder probated.
