Lawrence W. Hitchery, 41, of Dallas resigned in lieu of discipline on Dec. 21, 1998.

Janet K. Mathews, 44, of Houston Dallas resigned in lieu of discipline on March 23, 1999.

Cleve Moten, 59, of Austin Dallas resigned in lieu of discipline on Feb. 9, 1999.

DISBARMENTS

Myles H. Pennington, 51, of Arlington was disbarred on Feb. 8, 1999.

SUSPENSIONS

Johnny Lester Charles, Jr., 53, of Houston agreed to an indefinite suspension on Feb. 2, 1999. Charles was placed on disability suspension on June 27, 1994, and remains on that suspension in addition to this agreed indefinite suspension until he makes an application for reinstatement.

Raymond Forrest Crooks, 57, of Fort Worth accepted a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

L. Lynn Elliott, 74, of Dallas received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective June 1, 1999, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

Betty Barrett Homminga, 47, of Houston received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1998.

Felipe Juarez, 72, of Austin was suspended for five years effective March 15, 1999.

Sunny Leigh Kapungu, 39, of Spring received a six-month fully-probated suspension effective March 1, 1999.

Lauren LaRue, 39, of Dallas received a 36-month, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 15, 1999.

Juan Ramiro Ledesma, 48, of Mission accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective April 1, 1999.

Leonard Leighton, 61, of San Antonio accepted a 32-day suspension effective July 1, 1999.
