BOARD OF DISCIPLINARY APPEALS ACTIONS
The Board of Disciplinary Appeals suspended Charles Chandler, 46, of Grapevine.
The Board of Disciplinary Appeals revoked the probation of R. Gary Noble, 53, of Dallas, suspending him for two years effective March 11, 1999.
The Board of Disciplinary Appeals suspended James Lebron Champion, 48, of San Antonio.
The Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of disbarment against Gus Trujillo, 58, of Amarillo.
The Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed the appeal of Woodrow W. Miller, 46, of Houston, from a judgment of suspension.
The Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part and remanded for a new hearing as to sanction the judgments of default disbarment against Ronald Glen Mitchell, 44, of Houston.

The Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the three year judgment of suspension beginning Sept. 1, 1998 against Jeffrey Plastrik, 38, of Pasadena.
REINSTATEMENT
Robert G. Margolis, 47, of Plano filed an application for reinstatement to the State Bar of Texas.
RESIGNATIONS
On April 22, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Carlos Alvarado, Jr., 40, of Houston.
On April 8, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of J. Patrick Guerra, 38, of San Antonio.
DISBARMENTS
Ramon Cavazos, Jr., 46, of Brownsville was disbarred March 10, 1999.
Edward L. Garza, 31, of Plano was disbarred Jan. 15, 1999.
Jim Skelton, 62, of Houston was disbarred April 16, 1999.
SUSPENSIONS
Clement Aldridge, Jr., 54, of Houston received a three-month, fully-probated suspension effective March 23, 1999.
Wilford Anderson, 51, of Houston agreed to a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective June 1, 1999, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.
Roland Barbosa, 42, of Dallas accepted a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective March 4, 1999.
John O. Barnett, 51, of Garland accepted a six-month, partially-probated suspension effective June 1, 1999, with the first 30 days actively served and the remainder probated.
W. Patrick Burke, 40, of San Antonio accepted a 24-month, partially-probated suspension effective May 4, 1999, with the first four months probated, the following month actively served, and the remainder probated.
David Neil Clyde, 65, of Tacloban, Leyte Phillipines, received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective May 1, 1999, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated.
Mary O'Keefe Curtis , 53, of Houston received a one-year, partially probated suspension effective May 1, 1999, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.
Charles Hosack, 66, of Corsicana received an eight-year, partially-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 1999,with the first three years actively served and the remainder probated.
