Michael J. Rogers, 50, of Burleson be admitted to a regularly scheduled bar examination.


RESIGNATIONS

Jacqueline L. Menand, 54, of Round Mountain resigned in lieu of discipline on Sept. 3.


DISBARMENTS

Neal Diamond, 48, of Houston was disbarred on June 23.


BODA ACTIONS

Ronald Rae Barrick, 58, of Austin was disbarred on Oct. 9.

Joaquin L. Johnson, 34, of Dallas had his probation revoked on Oct. 21, and was suspended for 30 days effective Oct. 21.

Robert Kelly Pace, 48, of Whitehouse. After pleading guilty to one count of second degree felony possession of a controlled substance, Pace received deferred adjudication and was placed on probation for five years. Pace appealed the conviction, but elected to begin serving his probation. If his conviction becomes final, Pace will be suspended from the practice of law for the term of his criminal probation. If his probation is revoked, Pace will be disbarred.


SUSPENSIONS

Gerald L. Skor, 59, of Dallas accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 1.

Hector J. Villarreal, 47, of Edinburg accepted a 12-month, fully-probated suspension effective July 14.

Patricia Ann Presley, 41, of Austin received a 36-month suspension effective Oct 1.

Elizabeth Motes-Conners, 45, of Houston accepted a 42-month suspension effective Oct. 13.

Woodrow Wilson Miller, 44, of Houston received a six-year, partially-probated suspension on Dec. 11, 1996.

Robert Edward Hughes, 51, of Beaumont received an 18-month, partially-probated suspension effective May 1, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.


PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

Burt Edward Powell, 53, of Cleburne accepted a public reprimand on Sept. 2.

Arthur R. Eureste, 43, of Houston received a public reprimand on Oct. 17.

William C. Herren, 54, of Houston accepted a public reprimand on Sept. 8.
