RESIGNATION

Kenneth W. King, 53, of Commerce resigned from the practice of law in lieu of discipline on Nov. 19, 1996.

SUSPENSIONS

Ronnie R. Brazell, 45, of Corpus Christi accepted a 12-month, fully-probated suspension.

Olivia Ann Bledsoe, 43, of Grand Prairie, accepted a one-year, partially-probated suspension, the active portion served Oct. 1, 1996 to Jan. 1, 1997.

John E. Cruickshank, Jr., 49, of Houston, was suspended from the practice of law for six months effective Dec. 1, 1996.

J.W.O. Campbell, 74, of Houston, received a one-month probated suspension effective Oct. 1, 1996.

Jerry Lynn Wilkins, 60, of Bastrop, was suspended on Oct. 22, 1996. If his conviction is affirmed, Wilkins will be disbarred.

Robert Allen Walker, 53, of Houston received a 90-day, fully-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 1996.

Stephen A. Hines, 49, of El Paso, received a two-year, fully-probated suspension on Oct. 24, 1996.

Christopher Edwin McJunkin, 44, of Corpus Christi, accepted a five-year, fully-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1996.

James Leo Garrett, III, 44, of Nacogdoches, accepted a three-month, fully-probated suspension, effective Sept. 1, 1996.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

Benjamin J. Durant, 46, of Houston, was publicly reprimanded on Oct. 23, 1996.

Sunny L. Kapungu, 36, of Houston, was publicly reprimanded on Oct. 10, 1996.

Clyde L. Wright, III, 34, of Corpus Christi, was publicly reprimanded.

Ignacio Pratt Estrada, 44, of El Paso, accepted a public reprimand on Nov. 1, 1996.

Stephen A. Hines, 49, of El Paso, received a public reprimand on Oct. 17, 1996.

James E. Conley III, 53, of San Antonio, accepted a public reprimand.

JURISDICTION ASSUMED

Robert N. Nebb, 32, of Lubbock had an assumption of jurisdiction ordered against him on Nov. 13, 1995.

David D. Stigler, 38, of Fort Worth had an assumption of jurisdiction ordered against him on Aug. 21, 1995.
