RESIGNATIONS

R. Bruce Connaway, 50, of Arlington resigned in lieu of discipline on Aug. 16, 1999.

Rhonda Thornton Grimm, 45, of Bedford resigned in lieu of discipline on Feb. 9, 1999.

Felipe Juarez, 72, of Austin resigned in lieu of discipline on Oct. 7, 1999.

Jose Antonio Chavez, 54, of Odessa resigned in lieu of discipline on Oct. 6, 1999.

SUSPENSIONS

D'Andrea Pendleton Abdullah, 41, of Richardson agreed to a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective June 1, 1999.

Delbert Bartell, 58, of Fort Worth accepted a 19-month, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1998, with the first two months actively served and the remainder probated.

Thomas M. Booker, 50, of Austin had an "interim order for immediate interim suspension" entered against him on Oct. 13, 1999, pending the final disposition of a disciplinary lawsuit filed against him.

Thomas Charles Brite, 41, of San Antonio accepted a 12-month, fully-probated suspension effective Nov. 11, 1999.

Margarett Jane Goodson, 50, of Porter accepted a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 1999, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated.

Donald G. Havlick, 64, of Houston received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective Nov. 1, 1999, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.
