REINSTATEMENT

Harvin Cooper Moore, III, 62, of Houston filed a petition for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

BOARD OF DISCIPLINARY APPEALS ACTIONS

On Sept. 21, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a final order of suspension against Paula Ann Lock , 39, of The Colony.

On Sept. 21, 1999 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a final order of disbarment against Daren Haid Powers, 34, of Yukon, Okla.

On Sept. 21, 1999 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a final order of disbarment against Anthony Richard Berretto, Jr., 40, of Houston.

On Sept. 21, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against McCuller C. Stephens, 42, of Houston.

On Sept. 21, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against Robert E. Barger, 40, of San Antonio.

On Sept. 17, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a final order of disbarment against Michael Timothy LeJune, 50, of Houston.

On Sept. 23, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a final judgment of suspension against Roxanne Navarrete, 38, of Houston.

On Sept. 2, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals revoked the probation of Alto V. Watson, III, 39, of Beaumont and suspended him from the practice of law for five years beginning Sept. 2, 1999.

On Oct. 6, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of public reprimand against Freddy B., 48, of San Antonio.

RESIGNATIONS

Larry C. Roseborough, 64, of Richardson resigned in lieu of discipline on May 13, 1999.

Tommy C. Sheffield, 51, of Copperas Cove resigned in lieu of discipline on April 22, 1999.

DISBARMENTS

Steven Thomas Long, 44, of San Antonio was disbarred on Feb. 5, 1999.

SUSPENSIONS

David Charles Hilton, 42, of El Paso accepted a three-month suspension effective Aug. 15, 1999.

Paul Kuusisto, 43, of Rockwall signed an agreed judgment of immediate interim suspension effective Jan. 22, 1999.

Philip Wade Curry, 45, of Azle received a default judgment of a 36-month, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, 1999, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

Fernando M. Galvan, 38, of Brownsville accepted an 18-month, fully-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 1999.

Hoagie L. Karels, 41, of Waco received a 24-month, partially-probated suspension effective June 1, 1999, with the first three months probated, the following three months actively served, and the remainder probated.

L. Paul Decuir, Jr., 53, of Houston agreed to a nine-month, fully-probated suspension effective May 1, 1999.

Edward L. Bramblett, 39, of Houston accepted a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 6, 1999, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated.

Thomas D. Glenn, 44, of Conroe accepted a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Feb. 1, 1999.

Luro C. Taylor, 48, of Houston received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective April 22, 1999, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated.

Adjua A. Umoja, 40, of Houston received a 90-day suspension effective May 1, 1999. 

Gerald B. Scheve, 68, of Houston received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, 1999, with the period from Nov. 1, 1999 to Dec. 30, 1999 actively served.

Jacqueline E. Medlock, 38, of Houston received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective Oct. 1, 1999, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

Patricia Ann Presley, 43, of Austin was suspended for 27 months effective July 2, 1999, with the first 15 months actively served and the remainder probated.
