Roy Donald Salome, 50, of El Paso resigned on Aug. 19.

SUSPENSIONS

Matthew S. Muller, 39, of Harris County received a fully-probated, three-year suspension effective May 5.

Anthony L. Palagonia, 35, of Richardson was suspended effective June 1, with the

first 30 days actively served followed by three years probation.

Shawn M. Frazin, 31, of Dallas County received a default judgment of partially-probated suspension for 42 months effective May 13, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

Edward N. Daneri, 53, of San Antonio accepted a two-year fully-probated suspension, effective June 1.

Freddy Max Talkington, 61, of Dallas received a two-year, fully-probated suspension on May 28.

Luis Roberto Vera, Jr., 41, of San Antonio accepted a 90-day, fully-probated suspension on June 3.

Bryant Berry, Jr., 59, of Travis County accepted a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective June 1.

Bill A. Leonard, 62, of Cleburne accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension, effective July 1.

Harry Moore Paslay, 45, of Dallas was suspended during the term of his criminal probation which ends Oct. 26. Paslay will be disbarred if his criminal probation is revoked.

Sherry Bravo Ugarte, 40, of San Antonio was suspended during the term of her criminal probation which ends Aug. 29, 1998. Ugarte will be disbarred if her criminal probation is revoked.

Ignacio E. Canales, 52, of Corpus Christi accepted a six-month,

fully-probated suspension on Aug. 27.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

Michael Brinkley, 44, of Fort Worth accepted a public reprimand on May 16.

Dwane L. Todd, 40, of Houston agreed to a judgment of public reprimand on May 23.

Cecil W. Bain, 54, of Bexar County agreed to a judgment of public reprimand on May 30.

Timothy Paul Gilbreath, 34, of Austin accepted a public reprimand on June 4.

David Kenneth Sergi, 36, of San Marcos was publicly reprimanded on June 27.

Obioma Aham-Neze, 40, of Houston received a public reprimand on July 9.

Johnny D. Mixon, 47, of Arlington accepted a public reprimand on Aug. 6.

Stephen D. Stephens, 52, of Lewisville accepted a public reprimand on Aug. 26.
