RESIGNATION
Arturo A. Figueroa, Jr., 47, of Zapata, resigned from the practice of law in lieu of discipline effective April 8.
SUSPENSIONS
Martin Todd Bode, 39, of Arlington accepted an 18-month suspension effective March 31.
Stephen W. Boyd, 43, of San Antonio received a one-month probated suspension effective Dec. 16, 1996.
Arnold S. Cohn, 56, of Houston received a six-month fully-probated suspension. In the event his probation is revoked, Cohn will be suspended for six months.
R. Bruce Connaway, 49, of Ennis agreed to a 30-day suspension, probated for one year, effective Feb. 1.
Catherine S.J.M. Dawson, 43, of Houston accepted a partially-probated suspension effective March 24. After six-months of active probation, Dawson will be on probated suspension for one year.
Robert A. Forester, 41, of San Antonio received a three-year active suspension effective March 14.
Walter Otto Gill, Jr., 54, of Houston received a partially-probated suspension by judgment of on March 7. The four-year active suspension was effective Sept. 1, 1995, to be followed by a three-year probated suspension.
Michael L. Langley, 43, of Dallas entered into an agreed judgment of a one-year probated suspension effective Dec. 13, 1996.
Ronald G. Mock, 50, of Houston received a one-year fully-probated suspension, effective Feb. 14. In the event his probation is revoked, Mock will be actively suspended for one year.
Eloise Lockhart, 50, of Dallas accepted a six-month fully-probated suspension effective Feb. 20. from the District 6-A Grievance Committee. The panel found
R. Gary Noble, 51, of Dallas accepted a two-year fully-probated suspension under stringent conditions effective March 1.
Barbara D. Padget, 36, of Abilene received an 18-month fully-probated suspension from the effective March 15.
Gary E. Parks, 45, of Houston received a six-month fully-probated suspension effective Feb. 19.
Aaron E. Ray, 52, of Harris County received a 32-month suspension, with the first eight months to be actively served, and the remainder probated effective Aug. 1, 1996.
Antonio Reyes-Vidal, 48, of San Antonio, accepted a partially-probated suspension effective May 1 through July 31, 2000. The active month of the suspension will be July 10 through Aug. 9.
Timothy W. Sorenson, 51, of Dallas accepted a one-year fully-probated suspension effective Feb. 1.
Jerry W. Stone, 49, of Travis County accepted a one-year fully-probated suspension effective March 1.
Kirby J. Taylor, 48, of Harris County received a three-year fully-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 1996.
PUBLIC REPRIMANDS
Bartholomew C. Okonkwo, 39, of Houston accepted a public reprimand on Dec. 18, 1996.
Kenneth Neal Price, 50, of Azle was publicly reprimanded on March 27.
Edward N. Daneri, 53, accepted a public reprimand on April 10.
James W. Wallace, Jr. of Pittsburg accepted a public reprimand on March 6.
REINSTATEMENT
Joshua Turin, 40, of Dallas was fully reinstated to practice law in the state of Texas, subject to certain conditions on March 20. Turin must pay restitution and complete all MCLE requirements prior to his reinstatement. He will also remain on a probated disability suspension for two years.
