Course Reserves

Course reserves, where faculty can place supplemental materials for short-term loan (4 hours) to students, are also located behind the Circulation Desk. Items placed on course reserve will remain there for one semester. After that time, Circulation staff will contact each professor who has materials on reserve. Unless the professor indicates that the materials are needed for the following semester, the items will be returned to the professor (personal effects) or to the stacks (library books).

Faculty with new items for course reserve should bring them down to the Circulation desk with instructions on course and instructor affiliations so that the data can be entered properly in the library's catalog.
