The Fifth Circuit will be holding oral arguments at the Law Center on Tuesday, March 6 and Wednesday, March 7 in Krost Hall.
The court's calendar includes 4 cases on Tuesday and 4 cases on Wednesday. Oral arguments begin at 9 A.M. Each case will have 40 minutes total of argument.

The court's website www.ca5.uscourts.gov contains updates to the calendars and the names of the panel judges, which will be posted on the calendars one week before the beginning of the court's session.
Please note that courtroom decorum will need to be observed. The following items are not allowed in the courtroom:
No backpacks; recording or broadcasting devices; cameras, including those contained in computers and other electronic devices; food or drink; hats; gum chewing; or laptops/iPads, etc. Phones must be turned off.
